Technology Software Purchase Request allows departments outside of IT to request the purchase of software or technology services for departmental use. Requests may include new software, subscriptions, renewals, or other technology products that require IT review, security assessment, licensing, or procurement coordination.

Use this service when ordering new or replacement hardware outside of the Technology Department.

Use this service for consultation for a Technology review.  This includes all contracts or service agreements that involve IT resources and relates to accessibility and data security.

Hardware that is no longer needed or functional may be formally removed from campus inventory and properly disposed.
