Service Description:

This service delivers technical support and lifecycle management for all MassArt-owned printing infrastructure, including printers, copiers, multifunction peripherals (MFPs), and other specialized output devices. Support encompasses device deployment, network configuration, driver management, connectivity troubleshooting, firmware coordination, vendor escalation, and ongoing operational support to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant printing services campus-wide.

Who can use it?

Staff and faculty can submit requests for assistance with device setup, driver installation, network connectivity, print quality issues, error resolution, and general troubleshooting. Requests may also be made for access configuration, secure printing support, and coordination of repairs or replacements through approved vendors. Support is available for devices located in offices, classrooms, studios, and shared campus spaces.
