Technology

The Technology department is a customer service organization which provides a range of technology services to the MassArt community. Our mission is to promote and support technology services which meet the creative, academic and administrative needs of all members of the community.

Facilities

The Facilities Department's daily mission is to provide a safe, clean, productive and well-maintained physical environment for MassArt’s community by planning and delivering professional services that are responsive and supportive of our academic excellence, now and into the future.

Any requests that would be considered a project must be vetted through the MassArt project committee or by contacting Jim Kane.

Marketing and Communications

The Marketing and Communications Department serves as a resource for the entire MassArt community. It is responsible for advancing and protecting the college's reputation. The office:

*sets the strategic direction for the college's integrated marketing program;
*advises other units on effective marketing and communication tactics;
*coordinates all media relations on behalf of the college;
*oversees development and maintenance of web content;
*provides editorial oversight for college publications;*
*establishes and maintains editorial and design standards; and,
*facilitates college-wide communication with faculty, students, and staff.

Residence Life Facilities

Maintenance requests will be completed in a timely manner. Normal requests will generally be completed between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. To submit a non-emergency request for maintenance service, please select the appropriate category below and submit as much appropriate information as possible to assist in expediting your repair.
If your request is related to a facilities emergency, please report your request to the Security Desk, located in the lobby area on the first floor. The Security Desk is staffed 24 hours a day. The Safety Officer will contact the on-call maintenance employee, who will respond as quickly as possible
