Microsoft Office is an office suite of desktop applications (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) for Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems.


Requests involving the painting or re-painting of campus locations

This service may be used by new full time MassArt Faculty members to request a new computer from the Technology department.


This service will begin the onboarding workflow which will create the necessary tickets/requests for completion.


Staff and administrators who are not granted automatic access to Canvas or individuals (primarily, staff and administrators) who are not granted automatic access to a Canvas account.


Includes: wood repair, wall repair, cubicle issues, etc.

MassArt's administrative and student information system. It is sometimes referred to as the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system or application, or the Student Information System (SIS).


MassArt's Technology Department manages the replacement and upgrade process for all laptops and desktop computers owned by the college.
