After scheduled maintenance staff hours, emergency maintenance requests can be reported to the Security Desk, located in the lobby area on the first floor. The Security Desk is staffed 24 hours a day. The Safety Officer will contact the on-call maintenance employee, who will respond as quickly as possible.


Request assistance with issues related to campus/building heating systems


MassArt's Technology Department manages the replacement and upgrade process for all laptops and desktop computers owned by the college.


MassArt.edu is an external facing website and the college's main marketing platform. Content is managed by the Office Marketing and Communications and published in alignment with the College's branding and strategic objectives.

Use this service when ordering new or replacement hardware outside of the Technology Department.


The Technology Department supports campus printing and scanning devices. Issues related to PaperCut printing software are handled separately and are not part of this service.


Google Workspace (formerly known as Google G Suite or Google Apps) is a suite of cloud computing, productivity and collaboration tools available to students, faculty, and staff.


This service includes wireless network includes both access and logging onto eduroam as well as the MassArt network.


Includes: wood repair, wall repair, cubicle issues, etc.


This service may be used by new full time MassArt Faculty members to request a new computer from the Technology department.
