Request the cleaning of an office, classroom or other space on campus


This service may be used by new full time MassArt Faculty members to request a new computer from the Technology department.


MassArt's virtual private network (“VPN”) provides a method for users to gain access to the private on-campus network when they are off-campus.


MassArt's Technology Department manages the replacement and upgrade process for all laptops and desktop computers owned by the college.


Request access or removal of access for an individual


Report an issue with facility toilets, include building, floor, and location.


Request assistance with campus plumbing including water and pipe issues, leaks, clogs, etc.
