After scheduled maintenance staff hours, emergency maintenance requests can be reported to the Security Desk, located in the lobby area on the first floor. The Security Desk is staffed 24 hours a day. The Safety Officer will contact the on-call maintenance employee, who will respond as quickly as possible.


General work order requests for items that do not have another category.


Request for event set-ups, OT maintainers, etc.


Any electrical issues not identified in other services.


Request toner, ink, or paper for MassArt printers and copiers to ensure devices remain stocked and operational.


The Technology Department supports campus printing and scanning devices. Issues related to PaperCut printing software are handled separately and are not part of this service.


Request assistance with campus plumbing including water and pipe issues, leaks, clogs, etc.


Includes: wood repair, wall repair, cubicle issues, etc.


Report a power outage to the Facilties Department


Report a light bulb that is out, include building, floor and location and or room number.


Adobe Creative Cloud is a collection of 20+ desktop and mobile apps and services for photography, design, video, web, UX and more.


This service will begin the onboarding workflow which will create the necessary tickets/requests for completion.

MassArt's virtual private network (“VPN”) provides a method for users to gain access to the private on-campus network when they are off-campus.


Use this service to report email phishing messages or inquire about the validity of email messages.
