General work order requests for items that do not have another category.


Use this service to report email phishing messages or inquire about the validity of email messages.


Report an issue with an ADA device and or the lack of.


Report an issue with a water fountain and or a bottle filler, leaks, not operating, or filter needs to be changed.


The Tower Print Lab (the Lab) provides a wide range of print services to support departmental and campus needs, delivering fast turnaround times and high-quality results.


Please put in a ticket for additional trash removal or cleaning of common area spaces.

Management of monitoring, notification and alerting technologies relating to servers and storage infrastructure


Request toner, ink, or paper for MassArt printers and copiers to ensure devices remain stocked and operational.
