Adobe Creative Cloud is a collection of 20+ desktop and mobile apps and services for photography, design, video, web, UX and more.


MassArt's administrative and student information system. It is sometimes referred to as the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system or application, or the Student Information System (SIS).


Requests involving the painting or re-painting of campus locations


Evaluate if a piece of furniture can be repaired, and or assembly.


After scheduled maintenance staff hours, emergency maintenance requests can be reported to the Security Desk, located in the lobby area on the first floor. The Security Desk is staffed 24 hours a day. The Safety Officer will contact the on-call maintenance employee, who will respond as quickly as possible.


Management of monitoring, notification and alerting technologies relating to servers and storage infrastructure


MassArt.edu is an external facing website and the college's main marketing platform. Content is managed by the Office Marketing and Communications and published in alignment with the College's branding and strategic objectives.


Prnting and scanning is supported by the technology department. This service does not include papercut (software used to print) issues or requests.


This service will begin the onboarding workflow which will create the necessary tickets/requests for completion.


MassArt's Technology Department manages the replacement and upgrade process for all laptops and desktop computers owned by the college.


In coordination with facilities and other departments as needed, the Technology department will disassemble and reassemble equipment.


Request plumbing repairs such as leaks.


Use this service for consultation for a Technology review.  This includes all contracts or service agreements that involve IT resources and relates to accessibility and data security.


Request access or removal of access for an individual


Report an issue with an ADA device and or the lack of.


Hardware that is no longer needed or functional may be formally removed from campus inventory and properly disposed.
