PaperCut is MassArt’s campus printing system, used to securely manage and release print jobs for faculty, staff, and students.


After scheduled maintenance staff hours, emergency maintenance requests can be reported to the Security Desk, located in the lobby area on the first floor. The Security Desk is staffed 24 hours a day. The Safety Officer will contact the on-call maintenance employee, who will respond as quickly as possible.

Adobe Creative Cloud is a collection of 20+ desktop and mobile apps and services for photography, design, video, web, UX and more.


Request the disposal or evaluation of hazardous waste


Canvas is the official Learning Management System (LMS) used by MassArt to manage course content, facilitate communication between instructors and students, and support academic success


Provides student printing support for Vinyl Decals, Kiss Cut Stickers, and Mounted Jobs, ensuring accurate production and quality result


MassArt.edu is an external facing website and the college's main marketing platform. Content is managed by the Office Marketing and Communications and published in alignment with the College's branding and strategic objectives.


Includes: wood repair, wall repair, cubicle issues, etc.


Report an issue or request connections to the hard wired network of MassArt.


Request replacement key, issues with your common area or dorm room lock.


Request plumbing repairs such as leaks.


Request assistance with an exterior lighting issue


Any requests regarding fire safety and campus safety alarms
