After scheduled maintenance staff hours, emergency maintenance requests can be reported to the Security Desk, located in the lobby area on the first floor. The Security Desk is staffed 24 hours a day. The Safety Officer will contact the on-call maintenance employee, who will respond as quickly as possible.

All campus community members who are expecting should complete this Guest/Visitor Registration form.

Report a power outage to the Facilties Department

Hardware that is no longer needed or functional may be formally removed from campus inventory and properly disposed.

Please open a ticket here if appliances provided by the college need repair. Note the appliance and it's issue in the ticket.

Report an issue with facility toilets, include building, floor, and location.

Request assistance with campus plumbing including water and pipe issues, leaks, clogs, etc.

All other cleaning requests

Capture the necessary technology updates in order to create and/or modify a staff, graduate, student, or temp position with available technology, services and software.
