Multi-factor authentication (MFA), is an extra layer of security for your online accounts. It adds an additional step to the login process, making it much harder for hackers to gain access to your information even if they steal your password. At MassArt, we are using OneLogin and Microsoft Entra ID as our MFA providers.
This service provides adminsitrative and technical support for public safety systems.
Prnting and scanning is supported by the technology department. This service does not include papercut (software used to print) issues or requests.
This service will begin the onboarding workflow which will create the necessary tickets/requests for completion.

Repairs to electrical objects such as outlets, switches, lights, and breakers.
