Facilities union trades employees shift ends at 3-330 pm daily (Mon - Fri) except for Summer Hours (leave at Noon on Fridays), if this is an urgent need please call the Facilities Office at 617-879-7950 which closes at 4:30 pm (Mon - Fri) except for Summer Hours, otherwise complete the work order request, thank you.

Request a special project for plumbing
Report an issue with facility toilets, include building, floor, and location.
Report an issue with a water fountain and or a bottle filler, leaks, not operating, or filter needs to be changed.
