What is this service?

Request for events, provide accurate number of tables and chairs, locations and any diagrams needed before submitting, as well as when the room or area needs to be reset.

Who can use it?

Facilities requires maintainers to be scheduled an hour AFTER the event ends to ensure proper trash removal and clean up.
