Overview 

Use this service to report email phishing messages or inquire about the validity of email messages. Our information security team will respond to your report or inquiry to let you know if the email is valid or phishing.

To report an email phishing message or inquire about the validity of an email message, please click the Create a Ticket button and provide the following information:

1. Short description of the ticket
2. Email headers
3. Email message
4. Any other information or questions

Who can use it?

Faculty, staff, students, Alumi and Emeriti with MassArt email accounts
