Printer Toner/Paper request

Service Description:

This service allows faculty, staff, and authorized campus users to request replacement toner, ink, or paper for MassArt-owned printers and copiers. Requests are processed promptly to maintain the availability and reliability of printing devices across campus. This ensures that all printers and multifunction devices remain operational and ready for everyday academic and administrative use.

Who can use it?

Any MassArt faculty, staff, or authorized campus user with access to college-owned printers and copiers can submit toner, ink, or paper requests

Additional Information: 

  • Supported devices: Only MassArt-owned printers, copiers, and multifunction devices are supported. Personal or departmental devices not owned by the college are not included.Delivery/installation: Toner, ink, or paper may be delivered to your office or workspace, or instructions provided for pickup.
  • User responsibilities: Users should ensure devices are operational and report any errors or malfunctions separately from supply requests.
  • Off-campus use: Supplies are only available for on-campus devices; off-campus devices are not supported.
