Service Description:

Primarily, this service will be used by staff and administrators who are not granted automatic access to Canvas or individuals (primarily, staff and administrators) who are not granted automatic access to a Canvas account. 

Who can use it?

Faculty/instructor and student accounts generally should not be requested through this form.

• Faculty/instructor accounts are automatically created when the instructor is assigned to a course through Colleague
• Student accounts are automatically generated once students are officially registered for their courses.
