OneLogin: What if I change my phone?

Overview

Did you get a new phone and you need to change your security factor and app. from your old phone to your new one?

1. Install the OneLogin Protect app on your new phone.
2. Log into https://massart.onelogin.com/portal on your computer and log into your account. 
   • If your old phone is no longer active, you may have to use your secondary factor to log in.
3. Click on your name in the upper right corner.
4. Click on Profile.
5. Click on Security Factors.
6. Remove your old phone as a security factor by clicking the three dots on the right, then clicking Remove.
7. Click Add Factor.
8. Click OneLogin Protect
9. Click Activate 
10. On your new device, open OneLogin Protect and tap +
11. Scan the QR code in your browser with your new device. If OneLogin Protect requests permission to use your camera, tap Allow.
