Self-Service provides a substantially improved user experience, renders properly on mobile devices, and provides features and functions, as its name implies, to allow users to perform transactions and access services on their own, without. Students and Faculty are automatically granted access to appropriate Self-Service interfaces. Staff may be able to access Self-Service depending on their job duties and responsibilities.
