Employment for International Students

Overview

International students are able to work “on campus” and participate in Practical Training experiences while they pursue their degree program. 

• “On-Campus” work is allowed for up to 20 hours per week during the semester and longer during the summer and winter breaks.
• Practical Training is short term authorization to pursue an experience directly related to a student’s chosen major and students are eligible after 1 year of study.
