How to Get Started with TDX
Basic Interface Navigation
To complete most tasks in TDNext, you should start by clicking on the blue Application Menu or "waffle". This allows you to select from a list of several applications to which you have access. If you need assistance, try the Help app first to view some answers to common questions.
The 3 applications you will need to get started are People, Tickets and Assets.
Once you have selected an application for the first time, they will appear as a tab to the right of the Application Menu button each time you log in. You can manage these tabs in several ways. You can click the tab to access the app, drag-and-drop to re-order the tabs, click the X to close the tab (and relegate it back to the Application menu), or click the arrow next to the tab title to open the app in a new window or close it.
You will probably start with the ticketing application. Click on the IT Tickets to get started.
