PaperCut is the print management software MassArt uses on all printers across campus, including all Xerox Find-Me Copiers. To access printing from your computer the PaperCut Client must be installed and running before you print. If you have not installed the PaperCut Client yet you will not be able to print to the Xerox Find-Me Copiers.
**You will need Administrative rights on your computer to install this printer**
- Download the Find-Me Print Installer here.
- Locate the downloaded install file on your computer, it is titled 'Xerox-FindMe-PrintDriver-v5.1.0-091919.pkg'

Double click the install file.
If you receive an "Unidentified Developer" error, please follow the steps below to allow the installation

- Click 'OK'
- Go to 'System Preferences'
- Click on 'Security & Privacy'
- At the bottom of this window it will say "'Xerox-FindMe-PrintDriver-v5.1.0-091919' was blocked from opening because it is not from an identified developer."
- Click the button that says 'Open Anyway'. This will launch a new prompt, click 'Open'.
- Then input your username and password. Once this is complete proceed to step #4 below.

- Press 'Continue' to start the begin the install process.
- Select your main hard drive as the destination. For most users this will be 'Macintosh HD'. Click 'Continue'.
- Click 'Install'. And enter your username and password, this username must have administrative rights to install PaperCut.
- Once the installation is complete. Click 'Close'.
- After the installation is complete, go to 'System Preferences' and click on 'Printers'.
- The Find-Me printing queue is named 'Xerox-FindMe-Printing'. Printing to this printer will allow you to release your print job at any copier located on campus, simply by tapping your MassArt ID on the copier.
- PaperCut will run in the background on your computer, and display a 'P' icon within the topbar of your computer.
Requirements
To print on campus the following must be true:
- You must be connected to the MassArt network via ethernet or wirelessly on the 'Eduroam' network
- The PaperCut application must be running on your device to print to the 'Xerox-FindMe-Printing' queue. To check if PaperCut is running on your device look for a 'P' icon within the topbar of your computer. If the 'P' icon is not present on your topbar go to 'Applications' and launch the 'PCClient' or 'PaperCut' applications. If you do not see either of those applications please click here to download the PaperCut client.
**You will need to be on the MassArt network to access the PaperCut server. And have both an active MassArt NetID and administrative rights on your computer to install the PaperCut Client**
Check Domain Status
The steps for this tutorial differ slightly depending on whether or not your computer is bound to the MassArt (MCA)[All 'a' steps] domain or not [All 'b' Steps].
To check whether or not your computer is bound to the network follow these steps:
- Type in 'This PC' within the search field
- Right click 'This PC' within the search results and select 'Properties'.
- If it says 'mca.massart.edu' under the 'Domain' section your computer is connected to the MassArt domain and you should follow all the 'a' steps below. Otherwise please follow the 'b' steps.
- Search for 'Run' and launch the 'Run' application

Type in '\\labprint.mca.massart.edu' and press 'OK'.
- Enter your MassArt Net ID and corresponding password to access the PaperCut server.
- Scroll to the bottom of this window and locate the 'Xerox-FindMe-Printing' icon. Double click this icon to begin installing the printer.
**Please note that the 'Xerox-FindMe-BW-Printing' queue does not print to departmental copiers.**
- After the installation is complete the printer queue will appear, feel free to exit out of that window.
You're now ready to print to the Find-Me printers all around campus.
