How to log into TDX as a technology staff/student

Introduction

TeamDynamix (TDX)  is the Service Management and Project Management software that has been implemented by the MassArt Technology department. TDX has replaced Jira, our old ticketing system. MassArt employees and students outside the Technology Department also use this software to place service requests and to report technology-related incidents.

Accessing the Site

TeamDynamix (TDX) is a web-based solution and can be accessed in a few ways. Open a web browser and go to ​​https://servicehub.massart.edu

Logging In

TeamDynamix is integrated with Single Sign On (SSO.) If you are already logged into Google this may be automatic.

The technician-facing side of TeamDynamix, called TDNext, is where you will be able to view the tickets submitted to your group. TDNext can be accessed from the Client Portal if you are a technician. Log into the portal and under your name on the right, click on TDNext
