MassArt faculty, staff and students can reset their own password via the Microsoft Entra password reset site.

Enter your MassArt email address or Net ID and enter the capture image and click Next.
On the left side of the page select the method you would like to use to confirm your are the owner of the account. Enter your phone number or temporary code from the Entra app and select Next.
You will be sent a verification code. Enter that code into the blank space.
Create a new password and enter it again to confirm.
