To request Financial Aid, please email ce@massart.edu and ask for the PCE Financial Aid Form.
Our Office will review your request, determine what financial aid you qualify for, and notify CE.
If financial aid does not fully cover the cost of your classes, the amount that isn’t covered should be paid in Self Service.
After paying, please notify CE by email. Once aid has been applied and any remaining balance has been paid, the CE Team will register you and send your semester schedule.
For financial aid eligibility, courses must count towards degree requirements.
For the summer 2026 semester financial aid, you must have a 2026/2027 FAFSA on file.
If you are eligible for financial aid:
- Accept the financial aid package on Self Service
- Be aware of any remaining balances you owe after aid, and pay it
- Notify CE when done, ce@massart.edu
If a course is cancelled, or you drop or withdraw, it could affect your financial aid eligibility.
Different Aid Available for the Summer
- A Federal Pell Grant, if you are eligible, is a type of summer financial aid. This is grant aid which means it does not need to be repaid.
- Federal Student Loans are a type of summer financial aid. Taking out these loans in the summer reduces your loan amount eligibility for the Fall and Spring semesters. Loans need to be repaid back to your assigned loan servicer which can be found on studentaid.gov
