Once your financial aid package is ready, you will receive an email letting you know to check the Self Service Portal. Under the Financial Aid section, you should complete all of the required checklist items and review your Offer Letter. You must complete the checklist items and sign your Offer Letter to have your aid be applied against the charges on your bill.

Proxy access provides an opportunity for students to grant online access to their information using Self Service. This is called granting “proxy access” and the other person is referred to as the proxy. The most common scenario is granting a parent or spouse access to a student’s information, like their billing statement. Access is granted by the student, who must provide a valid email address as well as other information for the designated proxy.
