Instructions

TO PLACE A CALL

To make calls outside of the college: Dial 91 for an outside line; dial the number.


SECOND CALL KEY WITH YOUR EXTENSION

Your 2nd call key allows you to receive or make another call.
"Autohold" first caller by pressing 2nd call key.
HOLD: Press orange HOLD key; to retrieve a call, press the flashing line key.


TRANSFER A CALL

Model 4150: see TRANSFER in display, touch the screen on the word TRANSFER; dial the extension to transfer call to, hang up; or announce the transfer, then hang up.
Model 4025: Press the TRANS/CONF key, dial the extension to transfer call to, hang up; or announce the transfer, then hang up.

Model 5340, 5330 and 5320e: press the Trans/Conf button then dial the extension you want to transfer to, once you have dialed the number hang up the phone

Forward Calls

Model 5320e: press the FwdAll button then enter the extension number you want calls transferred to.

Model 5330: press the FwdAll button then enter the extension number you want calls transferred to.

Model 5340: press the Foward button then press the Outgoing or Outside and then dial the extension number for the number you want calls transferred to.

cancel Forward Calls

Model 5330: lift the handset 

Model 5340: Press the Fwd OFF button
 

More Option (this will give more option like changes a greeting, passcode, or name)

1) Enter voicemail box.

2) Press 'u' or the '8' key
