It’s your money – only faster!

The Bursar’s Office encourages all students to sign up for Direct Deposit. Once enrolled, all future refunds will be automatically deposited to the checking or saving account at the bank of your choice.

Unfortunately, International Bank Accounts are not compatible.

Benefits include:

  • Quick and convenient
  • No more waiting for your check in the mail
  • Absolutely no charge to you for the electronic deposit service
  • Eliminates the possibility of your check being lost or stolen
  • Safety and confidentiality are assured with electronic transfer
  • You don’t have to go to the bank to cash or deposit a check
  • Being environmentally responsible

Are you ready to start enjoying the benefits of direct deposit of your student refunds? Follow these easy steps to begin receiving your student refunds faster.

  • Click on the “+ Add an Account” button
  • Click the “Activate” button
  • Click on  “Next

Fill out the bank account information form completely and accurately

  • Select Bank account type
  • Select the box agreeing to the terms and conditions
  • Click “Submit”

You will now have the account listed under your Active Accounts

The system will show your account as 'Not Verified.' Your bank account will be verified automatically when the system updates. You do not need to do anything further.

If a student chooses not to participate in eRefunds, they will receive a paper check that can be picked up at the Bursar’s office within a set time frame before it is mailed to the student’s billing address.
