How to add a second security factor in OneLogin MFA
OneLogin is our Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) provider for many Technology resources at MassArt. Once you have created your first security factor we highly recommend adding a second or back up option for security.
Directions:
- Log into http://massart.onelogin.com/ with your NETID and password.
- Click on Security Factors in the menu on the left
- Click on Add Factors
- Select One of the Authentication Factor options.
- Click on Options on the right
- Set as primary any option that is not personal email.
Note
**YubiKey (USB Hardware Key) will require approval from Technology as a YubiKey purchase must be made.
