Password Station

Summary

This article provides information about how the Password Reset Station works.

Body

Our Self-Service Password Reset Tool, Password Station, is where current MassArt students and faculty/staff can go to manage their password.

Upon your first visit and successful authentication to the https://password.massart.edu site, you will be prompted to provide a number of security questions and answers which will be used in the future to further secure your access to the site.

Here is an overview of the different options available to non-admin users, once enrolled.
